Police Day Stamp 1997

A postage stamp is a little piece of paper issued to clients who pay postage by a post office, postal administration, or other authorized sellers. The stamp is then applied to the front or address of an envelope or other postal cover to be sent.

A fine stamp means that the stamp’s design barely misses its perforations but they do not cut into the design. The edges of the stamp are misaligned. The left and right sides are perfectly balanced and the top and bottom are unbalanced or vice versa.
