1948 Egyptian Donation Receipt

Following the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, these bonds were issued during the reign of King Farouk I to raise funds for the Palestinian cause. While they resemble banknotes, they were essentially “war fund” donation coupons or investment bonds.

This is a used item. It have some imperfections because of storage or use such as stains and cosmetic wear.
