- In order to start shopping you will need to follow any of the following steps:
- Using Search Function, if you already have something specific in mind type what you are looking for in the search field at the top of the page. You will find all related products
- Using our header menu to choose the category you want
- Choosing All Categories and picking the category you want
- When you find an item/product you need all you have to do is add it to your cart
- After adding an item/product to your cart you can proceed to check out
- You will be redirected to create an account so you can place your order
- Then you can add all your data and place an order
HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON RETRO HUNTS?
- You can create an account by clicking on the profile button on the top right of the page and choose sign up
ARE ALL PRODUCTS ON RETRO HUNTS ORIGINAL AND GENUINE?
- At Retro Hunts there are Original items, Re-mastered items and Replicated items; BUT we will make sure to let you know the condition of the product through the Product Description and Product info on the Product Page
ARE PRODUCTS ON RETRO HUNTS NEW OR USED?
- The conditions of the Products on Retro Hunts will vary from one product to another as we allow our sellers to add new or used products
- We make sure that all our sellers state the condition of the product and whether it is new or used

- Find the right product for you
- Add the item to your cart

- Enter your shipping details

WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE ADDING PRODUCT IN THE SHOPPING CART?
If you are having trouble adding product to your cart; this may mean that the item you are trying to buy is sold out and currently unavailable
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS OR CHARGES IF I ORDER FROM RETRO HUNTS?
- There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Retro Hunts. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process including any applicable taxes
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
- Check your notifications on your profile
- Once your order is approved you will receive a notification that your order is PLACED
- The notification will include:
- 1. ORDER ID
- 2. ORDER STATUS
- 3. Payment STATUS
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
- Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once your order is placed. To change your shipping address, kindly cancel the order on My Orders page if it is not already shipped

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
- Delivery differs from one product to another with a range of 3-5 working days
- Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays
MY ORDER IS DELAYED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- You can rest assured that we are doing all that we can to get your order to you at the earliest. The delay might possibly be due to a higher-than-normal volume of demand or the seller is facing a problem delivering the product to our fulfillment centers
You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps below:

- Click on Buyer Dashboard in the menu available on the top left beside Retro Hunts logo
- Click on My Orders
- Check the status of your order
I MISSED THE DELIVERY WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
- Don’t worry, we will try to reschedule your delivery for the next business day. We will make a total of 2 attempt to deliver the package, before cancelling your order.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Log in to your Retro Hunts Account
- Click on Buyer Dashboard in the menu available on the top left beside Retro Hunts logo.
- Click on My Orders
- Click on REFUND REQUEST
- Type in your Refund subject and reason
- Make sure to provide us with all the details so we can help you
- Click on SUBMIT REQUEST
- Rest assured that we received your REFUND REQUEST and we will do our best to solve your problem
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I RETURN?
Due to the nature of our products on Retro Hunts, Return & Refund Policies differ from one product to another so make sure to check all the product details before placing an order
Note:
– When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
– In case you changed your mind and wish to return a product, the item should be eligible for this reason and be sealed, unused and in its original brand packaging, otherwise, your return request will be rejected.
